Charlie Stine

Charlie brings over 30 years of operational healthcare leadership experience to Rocky Mountain Health Care Services. After retiring from the United States Air Force, he served as Director of Rehabilitation, Respiratory Care and Orthopedic Service Line at Penrose-St. Francis Health Services. Charlie has extensive experience in the mission-driven, non-profit healthcare environment. He is a Physical Therapy Assistant, and he earned his Masters Degree in Clinical Practice Management from George Washington University.
