Lindsey Lambert

Associate Director, Community Transitions at Rocky Mountain Human Services

Lindsey Lambert is the Associate Director of Community Transitions, which includes Momentum, Transition Specialist Program, and Forensic programs at Rocky Mountain Human Services.

Lindsey is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor with over 17 years of experience in the behavioral health field. She holds a Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University in Denver, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and a minor in Psychology and Mass Communications from the University of Florida. In the two years prior to this role, she was a Program Manager in Community Transitions, and before joining RMHS she was a Program Manager for a Regional Accountable Entity in Colorado where she worked for six years.

Lindsey has spent her career working with underserved clients in various non-profits including managed care, behavioral health treatment providers, and criminal justice services. She specializes in substance use disorders and has become passionate about access to care for clients in need. Through Community Transitions, she has had the opportunity to connect clients to state-wide resources and help clients transition from behavioral health settings to the community. Lindsey is focused on improving the behavioral health system in Colorado to support clients’ needs while increasing access to care.
