Erin Sherman

Senior Associate, Carbon-Free Buildings at RMI

Erin Sherman is a Senior Associate at RMI, where they lead the Carbon-Free Buildings program. Previously, Erin worked as a Senior Associate at ideas42, a behavioral research strategist at Opower, and an analyst in the Behavioral Marketing group at Opower. Erin has also worked as an energy efficiency specialist and intern at Opower, a research fellow at IUCN, and a summer intern and project leader at OurEarth.org, Inc. Erin started their career as a research assistant at the Princeton Human Working Memory Lab and then went on to coordinate the Computers for Kids program at Schenectady Inner City Ministry (SICM).

Erin Sherman attended Princeton University, where they majored in Psychology and Environmental Studies. Erin also holds an Advanced Regents Diploma from Niskayuna High School.
