Jobina Tsang

Jobina Tsang, CPHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and development. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Development at Rocky Mountaineer since March 2023, Jobina previously held the role of Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition within the same company. Prior experience includes positions as Global Director of Human Resources at CyberClan and Human Resources Manager at Rocky Mountaineer, as well as a significant tenure at Bloomberg LP as Asia Head of HR Business Partners for Financial Products. Jobina also worked at Morgan Stanley as Vice President of Human Resources and as an HR Generalist at SISU Enterprises Co Ltd, after starting the career at RBC as a Personal Banking Representative. Jobina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of British Columbia.
