Elwin Roetman

Elwin Roetman has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Elwin is currently working as the Sales Director at ROCSYS - EV Charging Automation since September 2020. In this role, they are responsible for automating the electric vehicle charging infrastructure and developing a dedicated robot for automating the connection between the vehicle and the charger.

Prior to their current position, Elwin worked as the Sales Director at Pon Equipment Nederland from September 2019 to August 2020. Before that, they served as the Commercial Director at Hencon from May 2017 to August 2019. Elwin also held the positions of Manager Sales & Marketing and Sales Manager at Hencon from November 2013 to May 2017 and February 2013 to November 2013 respectively.

Elwin was an Associate Founder at Mei030 from January 2012 to January 2013. Prior to that, they worked at MCFE where they served as an Area Sales Manager - Benelux, UK & Ireland from January 2009 to October 2011. Elwin also held the roles of Project Manager/Quality Assurance Coordinator and Management Trainee at MCFE from September 2008 to January 2009 and May 2007 to September 2008 respectively.

Elwin's earlier work experience includes roles such as Senior Purchaser at IPS/Boskalis from 2006 to 2007, Sales Engineer at Wartsila from 2005 to 2006, and Project Manager at Yew Choon (Singapore) from 2003 to 2005. Elwin also completed their final thesis on optimizing the quality system at Ferm from February 2003 to July 2003. Additionally, they gained experience as a Quality Assurance Coordinator and Intern at Mammoet from August 2002 to September 2002 and February 2002 to July 2002 respectively.

Elwin Roetman completed their HAVO (Higher General Secondary Education) from Arcus in an unspecified year, prior to 1998. Elwin then pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Windesheim from 1998 to 1999. After that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in (Technical) Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Windesheim, which they completed from 1999 to 2003.
