Hannes Krueger

Hannes Krueger is a Research Engineer at ROCSYS, having joined the company in June 2021. Prior to this role, Hannes served as a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Southampton from September 2015 to May 2021, with a focus on Energy Storage, Electric Vehicles, and Vehicle-to-Grid technologies. Hannes also completed an internship at EA Technology in March 2018 and undertook military service with the Luftwaffe - German Airforce from 2010 to 2011. Hannes holds an integrated PhD in Energy Storage from both the University of Southampton and The University of Sheffield, completed in 2020, and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southampton, obtained in 2015. Hannes began education at Berufliche Schule der Hansestadt Rostock - Wirtschaft, where an Abitur was earned in General Education, Economics, and Business from 2006 to 2010.
