Laura Cipullo, RD, CDE, CEDRD is a registered dietitian and founder of Laura Cipullo Whole Nutrition Services, LLC, established in January 2000, specializing in mindful meal support therapy. In addition, Laura Cipullo founded L'ifestyle Lounge in March 2017, which focuses on yoga, mindfulness, and nutrition self-care in Bergen County, NJ. As an accomplished author, Laura Cipullo has published works such as "The Non-Diet Diet" with Rodale Inc. and "Everyday Diabetes Meals Cooking for 1 or 2" with Robert Rose Inc. Laura Cipullo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from Colorado State University, completed between 1994 and 1998, and has contributed as a speaker, TV commentator, and blogger with EALM and MDIO.
