Joe Pioggia

Joe Pioggia has extensive work experience in the video content and production field. Joe worked at Rodan + Fields as the Senior Director of Video Content & Production, where they led over 1,000 video projects and played a crucial role in the company's growth. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Video Content & Production, where they scaled the in-house team, built a new studio facility, and recruited and trained a team of professionals. Joe also worked as the Senior Manager of Video Content & Production, where they transformed the in-house department and significantly reduced the overall budget while producing high-quality content. Before joining Rodan + Fields, Joe Pioggia's work experience included being the Creative Director and Video Content Producer at their own company, Joe Pioggia Creative. There, they led various creative projects, collaborated with top-level clients, and oversaw all aspects of creative concepting, development, and execution.

Joe Pioggia has an MBA in Marketing/Strategy from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business, an MBA Study Abroad in International Business, Management from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
