Sandra Charlebois

Sandra Charlebois serves as the Vice-présidente of Ressources humaines at Rodeo FX since November 2023. Prior to this role, Sandra held the position of Vice-présidente, Talent et culture at Groupe Sélection from March 2022 to October 2023. Sandra's extensive experience at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) spanned nearly two decades, where roles included National Director of Human Resources and National Director of Talent Operations. In these positions, responsibilities encompassed managing talent advisory services, workforce planning, and the implementation of innovative human capital solutions, along with overseeing various talent management processes. Sandra holds a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal.
