María Rolandi

Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business ownership, and compliance. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, since January 2016, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and serving as a nutritionist at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019. As a university lecturer at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017, Mariana taught applied mathematics in nutrition and food history.
