Tyler Ashton

Tyler Ashton currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Rodney Scotts BBQ since April 2021. Previously, Tyler held the position of Managing Partner and Multi-Unit Operator at Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q from April 2008 to May 2021, where leadership and oversight of daily business operations were key responsibilities, along with supervising a diverse team. Tyler's culinary career began as a Chef at Wynkoop Brewing Company from February 2004 to March 2007 and continued at Walnut Brewery until April 2008. Education includes a diploma in General Studies from Smoky Hill (1990-1994) and ongoing studies at The Art Institutes since 1994.
