Louise Moretti

Louise has over 25 years of high-level financial, accounting, and management experience. Prior to joining RODO Medical, she was Vice President of The Controller’s Office, Inc., a Management Consulting Firm. She served clients as a part-time CFO, Controller, assisted with strategic planning, accounting system implementation, and mergers/acquisitions for a multitude of businesses varying from startup stage to established private and publicly-held companies including Endotex Intervention Systems (Boston Scientific), Levine Bagade Han, LLP, Lusamerica Foods, Inc., Reliable Power Meters (Danaher Corp.), and Salix Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Previously, she held senior financial positions at the high-tech law firm of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich, & Rosati; a venture-funded start-up, Basic Measurement Instruments (Dranetz Corp.); and Hewlett-Packard.

With an M.B.A. in progress, Louise holds a B.A. Degree in Accounting, Cum Laude, from Golden Gate University and a CPA Certificate.
