Diane Kazarian

Diane Kazarian, FCPA, FCA, CPA(US), ICD.D, GCB.D, is a seasoned corporate director with comprehensive governance experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Corporate Director at Rogers Communications, as well as board member and director at multiple institutions including MaRS Discovery District, OMERS, St. Joseph's Health Centre Foundation, and Unity Health Toronto, Diane holds leadership roles such as Chair of the Board at St. Joseph's Health Centre Foundation and Audit Committee Chair at Gibson Energy and Choice Properties. Previously, Diane's extensive career at PwC Canada spanned over three decades, culminating as Managing Partner for the Greater Toronto Area and several national leadership positions in Banking, Capital Markets, and Financial Services. Diane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bryant University.
