Marisa Fabiano

Marisa Fabiano was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer in February 2024. She is responsible for leading the company’s HR portfolio, including creating an engaging and inclusive employee experience. She has spent over a decade at Rogers in financial leadership roles, including Head of Business Finance & Shaw Integration, and most recently as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance & Controller.

Marisa is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience in senior executive leadership positions within the telecommunication, industrial, and consumer goods industries, including at Bell Canada, Husky Injection Molding, and Coca Cola Beverages.

She has served as a Director on Glentel Inc.’s Board of Directors since 2018 and previously served as Director for Dome Productions, Mackenzie Health Foundation, and Sheena’s Place.

Marisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Schulich School of Business, ICD.D designation from Canadian Institute of Corporate Directors and is a Certified Professional Accountant.
