Lincoln McFerren has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lincoln started their career as an Applications Engineer at Cold Heading Company, where they provided on-site support to automotive OEMs and recommended product designs for fasteners.
Lincoln then joined Horizon Technology Group as an Account Manager, managing sales and engineering programs for seven manufacturing divisions and supporting automotive OEMs through daily onsite interactions.
After that, McFerren worked at Rogers Corporation in various roles. Lincoln started as a Senior Applications Engineer, leading development projects and providing support to automotive accounts. Lincoln then served as a Quality Manager, where they fulfilled multiple key roles during a period of division growth. Lincoln also worked as a Manufacturing Manager, US Operations Manager, and Process Excellence Manager, where they developed and refined business processes and implemented new Sales and Operations Planning processes.
Finally, McFerren held leadership positions at Rogers Corporation, including Supply Chain Planning Director, responsible for global supply chain planning of the AES-RFS division, and most recently, as a Business Process Director and Business Process Lead, overseeing supply chain planning and ERP implementation.
Lincoln McFerren obtained an MBA degree from the W. P. Carey School of Business - Arizona State University from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1993, they pursued a BSE degree in Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering at the University of Michigan. Additionally, Lincoln has certifications in Integrated Business Planning from Oliver Wight Americas, Inc. (to be obtained in 2023) and Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF) from the Institute of Business Forecasting & Planning (obtained in October 2020).
