Quality Management

The Quality Management team at Rogers Corporation is responsible for ensuring that all engineered materials and components meet the stringent quality standards required for mission critical applications. The team manages and oversees quality control processes across the Advanced Connectivity Solutions (ACS), Elastomeric Material Solutions (EMS), Power Electronics Solutions (PES), and other segments. They implement and maintain quality systems, conduct rigorous testing and inspections, and work closely with engineering and procurement to continuously improve product reliability and performance.
