Halina Sims

Halina Sims is a dedicated professional in the behavioral health field with a strong background in residential care and behavior therapy. Currently serving as a Residential Care Specialist at Rogers Behavioral Health since September 2020, Halina previously worked as a Behavior Therapist at Total Spectrum, LLC, from August 2019 to September 2020. Prior to that, Halina gained leadership experience as a Team Leader and AmeriCorps Member with City Year from August 2017 to May 2019. Halina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Xavier University of Louisiana, obtained between 2013 and 2017.
