Paula Young is an experienced clinical psychologist with extensive expertise in depression treatment and cognitive therapy. Since 2001, Paula has served as the Director of the Depression Treatment Program and Staff Therapist at The Family Institute at Northwestern University. Concurrently, Paula has held multiple leadership roles at Rogers Behavioral Health since 2016, including Executive Director of Clinical Training and Development and Senior Clinical Director. Paula's previous experience includes positions at Northwestern University, Rush University Medical Center, and the University of Pennsylvania, where significant contributions were made to NIMH-funded studies. Paula holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Rosalind Franklin University, as well as a BA in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
