Stacy Babl

Stacy Babl, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Rogers Behavioral Health, a position held since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Interim VP of Human Resources at Marcus Theatres, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive HR leadership. Stacy also worked as the Assistant Director of HR at Elmbrook Schools, managing HR operations for a team supporting 1200 employees, and previously held HR positions at La Quinta Inns & Suites and Baymont Inns & Suites. Stacy's educational background includes pursuing a Master's in Legal Studies from Harvard University and a Bachelor's in Communication Studies from Marquette University. Additional training includes completion of the Conservatory program at Second City Training Center.
