Preston Speers

Preston Speers has a diverse work experience in the construction and equipment industries. Preston started their career as an Onsite Manager at PWA Construction from May 2014 to August 2016, where they gained hands-on experience in all levels of the construction business and became proficient in time management and keeping projects on schedule.

Preston then worked at Collin County Appraisal Dist as a Full-Time, Seasonal Desk Clerk from May 2017 to August 2018.

From June 2018 to March 2019, Speers worked at Sunstate Equipment Co., LLC as a Yardperson/Counter Assistant, where they handled a variety of tasks including equipment maintenance, inventory management, truck loading and unloading, and customer service. Preston was also cross-trained in account management, paperwork filing, customer sales calls, and deliveries.

Speers then transitioned to the role of RollBack Driver at Sunstate Equipment Co., LLC from March 2019 to January 2020, responsible for transporting equipment to different locations.

From January 2020 to March 2022, Speers worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Sunstate Equipment Co., LLC, where they showcased their sales skills and expertise in providing excellent customer service.

Currently, Speers is employed as a Project Engineer at Rogers-O'Brien Construction, starting in March 2022. With their previous work experiences and skills, they bring a wealth of knowledge to their role in managing construction projects.

Preston Speers attended Ouachita Baptist University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
