The Leadership Team at Rogerson Communities spearheads strategic planning, operational management, and financial oversight to ensure the organization meets its mission of providing innovative and affordable housing and services for elders, persons with disabilities, and the working poor in Greater Boston. This team drives the expansion and development of new programs, maintains high standards of care, and fosters community partnerships to better serve Boston’s most vulnerable populations.
