Rajendra Gupta

Rajendra Gupta has a diverse and extensive work experience in the finance sector. Rajendra currently serves as the Chief Credit Officer at Roha Housing Finance since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Vice President at Ummeed Housing Finance Pvt. Ltd. starting from July 2020. Rajendra also had a role as National Credit Manager at the same company from August 2016.

Before Ummeed Housing Finance, Rajendra worked at Aavas Financiers Ltd as an RCM from May 2014 to July 2016. Rajendra also served as a Manager-Credit at PNB Housing Finance Ltd. from July 2012 to May 2014. In this role, they appraised credit proposals, assessed creditworthiness of clients, and ensured compliance with credit policies.

Rajendra's earlier work includes a managerial position at Habitat Housing Finance in 2012 and a credit manager role at IIFL Home Loans from July 2007 to December 2011. Rajendra was also a credit officer at Indiabulls from April 2006 to July 2007.

Throughout their career, Rajendra has demonstrated expertise in credit assessment, risk mitigation, and mortgage and home loans. Rajendra has also provided training to sales and credit teams and has been involved in analyzing creditability and repayment capacity of customers.

Rajendra Gupta started their education in 1999 at the University of Rajasthan, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Zoology/Animal Biology. Rajendra completed this program in 2003. Then, in 2006, they enrolled in SDL and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services. Rajendra successfully completed this program in 2008.
