Barbara Baill

A member of ROI Communication’s Board of Advisors since 2002, Barbara Baill has been a Human Resources executive for more than 25 years. She currently focuses on executive coaching, leadership development and facilitating organizational change. Barbara previously served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Quantum Corporation’s hard disk drive business. Before her work at Quantum, Barbara spent more than 15 years with Hewlett-Packard. She earned a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Michigan and an M.A. in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota. She is also a certified Internal Coach through New Ventures West, and a member of the International Coaching Federation and Human Resources Planning Society.
