Sonya Schulte, MBA, PMP, serves as an ERP HCM, Customer Service Executive and Principal Consultant at ROI Healthcare Solutions, LLC since April 2015, focusing on optimizing ERP, EHR, and Revenue Cycle technologies for healthcare providers. With extensive experience in HR and payroll implementation, Sonya has held key roles at various organizations, including Gila River Health Care as an Independent HCM/Payroll Implementation Specialist, Avaap Inc. as a Lead HR/Payroll Implementation Consultant, and RPI Consultants as a Senior HR/Payroll Implementation Consultant.
