Imran Ahmad

Imran Ahmad, PhD, is an accomplished Data Scientist at Citizenship and Immigration Canada since January 2015, specializing in developing predictive analytics models for Canadian Visa Applications using advanced Big Data Analytics techniques, including R, SPSS, and Python. In addition, Imran serves as a Big Data Instructor and Course Editor for Learning Tree International, while also authoring and teaching courses in Big Data and Machine Learning worldwide at ROI Training. With a firm foundation in leadership, Imran is the President of Cloudanum Inc and has held various technical roles, including Senior Solutions Architect for the RCMP and Technical Lead at Alcatel-Lucent. Imran's educational background includes a PhD in Computer Science and a Master’s in Systems and Computer Engineering from Carleton University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
