Carolina Ferrero

Carolina Ferrero has worked in the creative industry for over 20 years. In 2021, they took on the role of Senior Director, CX/UX at ROI·DNA. From 2013 to 2021, they were Senior Art Director/Design at Plex Systems, Inc., where they developed branding and visual strategy for 100% of Plex marketing programs, award-winning sales enablement tools, and demand generation campaigns and assets to increase the pipeline. From 2012 to 2013, they were Senior Visual Designer, UX at Ellie Mae. From 2008 to 2012, they were Sr Art Director at Taleo (Oracle's Subsidiary). From 2007 to 2008, they were Senior Visual Designer - Contractor at PayPal, where they developed product user experiences based on user-centric design principles. From 2007 to 2008, they were Senior Web Design/Developer at E-LOAN, where they were responsible for the overall user experience. From 2004 to 2007, they were Creative Director at Creative Blast. From 2004 to 2007, they were Senior Tech Designer at Mervyn's & RR Donelly, where they created layouts and customized packaging templates that accurately represented the merchandise being sold. From 2003 to 2004, they were Designer and Pre-Press specialist at California Envelope & Printing. From 2000 to 2003, they were Art Director at Mountain News Corp (acquired by Vail Resorts), where they mentored, developed, and inspired the creative team members and presented concepts to customers, partners, and leadership.

Carolina Ferrero has a Master in Fine Arts from the Academy of Art University in the field of 3D Animation and Visual Effects, and a B.S. from Universidad Nueva Esparta in Business & Graphic Design. Carolina has also obtained two certifications, an ABM Certification: Foundations Course from Demandbase in January 2022 and Designing Emotion: How To Use Design To Move People from LinkedIn in October 2019.
