Ni Yan

Ni Yan is a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Machine Learning at Roku Inc. since May 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Scientist and Software Engineer at DataVisor from April 2017 to May 2021, with a focus on machine learning modeling and development. Academic roles at Purdue University from September 2012 to April 2017 included positions as a Teaching Assistant for research-based undergraduate courses and as a Research Assistant focusing on deep learning for fashion photo evaluation. Ni Yan also completed a Research Internship at Océ, a Canon company, in 2014-2015, studying the reflection properties of 2.5D/3D printing.
