Taiba Avdic has over a decade of experience in customer support and claims management. Currently serving as a Customer Requirement Specialist and previously holding the role of Customer & Claim Support at ROL Ergo AB since August 2017, Taiba has developed a strong expertise in addressing customer needs. Prior experience includes working as an Aftersales Agent and Team Coach at Elgiganten AB from August 2009 to March 2017. Taiba is an alumnus of Akademi Båstad, where education was completed from 2005 to 2007.
