Garret Luppino

Roland Care Engineer at Roland DGA

Garret Luppino has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Garret started their career at Fast Signs as a Production Artist from 2003 to 2005 and then transitioned to become a Graphic Designer from May 2005 to December 2005. After that, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Fast Signs from January 2006 to December 2008.

In 2009, Garret joined Proveer as an Equipment Technician, where they worked until April 2011. Garret then worked as a Consultant at Fox Valley AEYC from January 2001 to June 2011.

In 2011, they joined Mid-West Sign Supply as a Sales & Service Technician and worked until August 2013. From August 2013 to January 2019, Garret worked as a Service Account Manager at Roland DGA, where they conducted tier 3 support case management on all Roland products, provided guidance and training in the field, and acted as a subject matter expert.

From January 2019 onwards, Garret assumed the role of a Roland Care Engineer at Roland DGA, where they continued to provide support via phone, email, and onsite visits, collaborated with internal teams, and ensured proper communication during case escalations. In this role, they also created onboarding procedures, implemented training for new and current employees, and reported on service visits and recommendations for improvement.

Garret Luppino received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design for Public Relations from Quincy University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.
