Roy Merheb

Roy Merheb is a skilled consultant with extensive experience in managing high-impact projects and driving transformation initiatives across various sectors in the GCC. Currently serving as Case Team Lead and Senior Consultant at Roland Berger since April 2024, Roy previously held managerial and consulting roles at PwC Middle East from August 2019 to March 2024. Notable accomplishments include developing a national policing strategy, establishing community-focused programs for trust-building, and leading the operating model for a major giga project. Additionally, Roy has excelled in financing strategies for tourism enterprises and optimizing government project portfolios, having consistently ranked among the top performers in consulting roles. An alumnus of the American University of Beirut, Roy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Business Information and Decision Systems.
