Tanay Salpekar

Tanay Salpekar is an experienced Senior Consultant at Roland Berger since August 2022, specializing in international expansion strategies and commercial due diligence across various industries, including automotive, chemicals, and construction materials. Prior to that, Tanay worked at Deloitte India, focusing on supply chain digitization and procurement transformation. Tanay's career began at KEC International Ltd., where major roles included managing business transformation and strategy, leading to significant achievements such as nominations to the company's future leader's board. Tanay also has experience as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., honing skills in operations and quality control. Tanay holds a PGDIM in Industrial Management from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University.
