Gerry Coughlan

Gerry Coughlan has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Gerry is currently working at RoleMapper as the VP of Product, Process, and Operations. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Product and Customer Enablement at RoleMapper. Before joining RoleMapper, they worked as a People Change Consultant from November 2021 to May 2022.

Gerry's previous experience includes working as a Program Director at Situ Live from October 2019 to October 2020. At Situ Live, they played a key role in revolutionizing retail by introducing a new concept for experiential retail.

Gerry also worked at SABMiller as an Organizational Development (OD) and Transformation Consultant from April 2015 to November 2016, and at Lloyds Banking Group as an OD Consultant - Operational Risk, Group Digital from July 2014 to November 2014.

Gerry has a strong background in transformation consulting, having worked at Three in various roles. Gerry served as a Transformation Consultant - CTO from April 2012 to April 2014, and as a Transformation Consultant - Sales from March 2009 to April 2011. In addition, they worked as a Transformation Consultant - CEO from February 2008 to July 2008 at Three.

Prior to their time at Three, Gerry worked at Berghaus (part of Pentland Group) as a Category Manager from January 1998 to November 2000, and at SSM Freesports as a Category Development Manager from February 1996 to December 1997.

Gerry Coughlan has a diverse education history. Gerry attended Brunel University London from 1990 to 1993, where they earned a BSc degree in Business Studies and Sports Science. In 2017, they took a short course at Premier Global Training International and obtained a Diploma in Personal Fitness Training. Additionally, they enrolled in the Organisational Development Practitioners Programme at Roffey Park in 2014, and their studies in this field are ongoing.
