Stéphane Emmenegger Bayet

Stéphane Emmenegger Bayet currently serves as Plant Manager and Head of Production Unit at ROLEX since September 2017. Prior to this role, Stéphane held multiple positions at NAGRA from January 2001 to August 2017, including Head of Production Systems & Tools Engineering, where the focus was on R&D for tools managing cryptographic keys in Pay TV systems, and Head of System Integration & Validation, overseeing integration, validation, and methodological improvements. Stéphane also has entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder and Relationship Manager at B-Connected in the telecom sector. Early career experience includes an apprenticeship at BOBST from August 1991 to August 1995. Stéphane holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Microtechnics from HEIG-VD and has further education from IMD and EPFL.
