About the Role

As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce Platform to meet the evolving needs of our business. You will be responsible for configuring Saleforce based on business requirements, building custom solutions, using Apex, LWC, Lightning App, and other tools, and providing ongoing support to Saleforce users. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams like Sales & Marketing, ensuring scalability and effectiveness of our Salesforce implementation.

Please note this is a remote role based in India.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain subject matter expertise of Salesforce, serving as the go-to person for all platform-related inquiries and issues
  • Provide daily support to Salesforce users, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth platform operation
  • Configure Salesforce based on business needs, leveraging built-in configurations to optimize system functionality
  • Develop custom solutions as needed using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning App, etc. to address unique business requirements
  • Assess configuration versus custom development, making informed decisions to achieve the most efficient and effective solutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement scalable solutions
  • Maintain ongoing communication with teams, keeping them informed of project progress, support ticket status, and deliverables

About You

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions
  • You hold Salesforce Developer certifications
  • Your analytical skills and understanding of business processes allow you to translate requirements into technical solutions effectively
  • Strong communication skills enable you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • You love problem-solving and demonstrating your ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement timely solutions
  • Multitasking comes naturally to you, allowing you to manage multiple projects and support requests simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality
  • Your project management skills ensure that initiatives are completed on time with a keen attention to detail

    You'll have an initial call with our Talent Acquisition Manager to chat through some of your experience to date, salary expectations and you can check off any initial questions you might have.
  2. Interview with the Senior Director of GTM Systems Architecture
    You'll get to meet with the Senior Director of GTM Systems Architecture to learn more about the role & ROLLER whilst also talking through your experience in more detail.
