Tom Kasperski has over 35 years of work experience in the digital marketing and interactive design fields. Tom began their career in 1985 as a Senior Interactive Designer at Maritz, where they provided creative and design solutions for hundreds of B2B marketing and sales incentive programs. In 1998, they joined Zipatoni as VP, Senior Creative Director - Interactive and led and managed the interactive and experiential marketing department for a 150+ person integrated marketing agency. During their tenure, they grew the interactive department revenues to over $2.4 million, increased the department profit margin to 27%, and fostered the longest running client/agency relationship of 8+ years. In 2007, they moved to Infuz as Vice President - Account Services and in 2010, they joined Rollick as Vice President of Digital Strategy, a role they held for two years.
Tom Kasperski attended the Kansas City Art Institute from 1979 to 1984, studying Fine Arts/Illustration. Tom also attended the Columbus College of Art & Design from 1982 to 1983, studying Fine Arts/Illustration.
