Steve Lameier

Steve Lameier, CPA, CGMA, CRMA has extensive experience in the finance and audit industry. Steve is currently the Vice President and Chief Audit Executive at Rollins, Inc. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President and Chief Audit Executive at Community Brands.

From 2015 to 2020, Steve worked at Americold Logistics, LLC. as the Vice President Internal Audit. During their time there, they played a key role in the successful initial public offering (IPO) on the NYSE and ensured compliance with SOX as a public company.

From 2008 to 2015, they worked at Oxford Industries as the Director Internal Audit (CAE). In this position, they managed global internal audit activities and facilitated the Enterprise Risk Management program.

Earlier in their career, Steve served as the Vice President of Risk, Control & Audit at First Data from 1998 to 2007. Steve was responsible for developing and maintaining M&A and integration policies and overseeing audit activities for various business units.

Steve began their career at KPMG as a Senior Manager in the Financial Services and Retail industries. Steve completed IPOs for Thrift Clients and later became a Manager at the firm.

In addition to their degrees, Steve has obtained multiple certifications throughout their career. These include a Certification in Risk Management Assurance from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. and a Chartered Global Management Accountant designation from AICPA. Steve is also a Certified Public Accountant, certified by The Georgia Society of CPAs in 1989.
