Kai Toker

Kai Toker has extensive work experience in the field of physical security and protection. They currently hold the role of Physical Security and Protection Solutions Lead at Rolls-Royce SMR, where they are responsible for designing and implementing innovative security solutions for the Small Modular Reactor project. Prior to this, Kai served as the UK Country Manager - Physical Security at SAP, where they led operations and projects to ensure the safety and security of the company's people, assets, and business interests in the UK. They also held consultant roles at PA Consulting, delivering change and transformation programmes in the security, justice, law enforcement, and defence sectors. Additionally, Kai worked as an SME & Key Account Manager at TorchlightGroup Ltd, providing consulting and training services related to security, intelligence, and operational management. They began their career in the UK Government as a Senior Security and Intelligence Professional, conducting investigative analysis and collaborating with international partners to enhance security and safeguard national interests.

Kai Toker attended Middlesex University from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Joint Honours Degree in Political & International Relations with Information & Communication Technology. Prior to that, Kai attended Highbury Grove Secondary School and Sixth Form from 1993 to 2000. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kai has obtained various certifications, including a SAP Technology Knowledge certification from SAP, a WAVR-21 certification from GIFR, a Corporate Risk and Crisis Management certification from The Institute of Strategic Risk Management, and several other certifications in the fields of security, risk management, and workplace safety. They also hold a Mental Health First Aider certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England, obtained in 2018.
