Head Of Organisational Effectiveness, Talent And Engagement at Rolls-Royce SMR

Michael Fiddaman has extensive work experience in various companies and industries. Michael currently holds the position of Head of Organizational Effectiveness, Talent, and Engagement at Rolls-Royce SMR since August 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Talent at Rolls-Royce SMR from October 2021 to August 2023.

Before joining Rolls-Royce SMR, Fiddaman worked at Royal London from April 2019 to October 2021, where they led Talent Acquisition Strategy and Operational Delivery. Michael also served as the Head of Talent Acquisition (Redundancy) at Horizon Nuclear Power from December 2018 to April 2019.

Fiddaman also worked as the Head of Resourcing (Fixed Term Contract) at Capita Remediation Services from May 2014 to March 2015, overseeing a team and delivering improved results to key accounts. Michael served as the Resourcing Manager (Redundancy) at Co-Operative Legal Services from January 2013 to May 2014, where they implemented career structures and pathways for progression.

In their earlier career, Fiddaman held roles at DWF as a Resourcing Business Partner from September 2011 to January 2013, and as a Recruitment Manager from August 2007 to August 2011. Michael contributed to the improvement of recruitment processes and implemented direct recruitment models.

Their work experience also includes roles at Integrated Dental Holdings as an Overseas Recruiter (Western Europe) from July 2006 to August 2007, and at the NHS as an Overseas Recruitment Manager from February 2005 to July 2006 and as a Work Placement Manager from November 2002 to February 2005.

Michael Fiddaman attended the University of Nottingham from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a 2.1 degree in French and Spanish.
