Adam Ellis

Adam Ellis has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Adam is currently the Talent & HR Director at Rolls-Royce SMR, where they lead the team in developing a Small Modular Reactor for clean and affordable energy. Prior to this, Adam worked as the Founder and Co-Director at The Limond Partnership. Adam also served as the Talent Management Director at NuGeneration Limited and the Head of Human Resources for New Nuclear Build - Hinckley Point C at EDF. Additionally, they were the Head of Talent & Performance at EDF Energy and the HR Director at American Express and Kingfisher. Adam began their career as an HR Executive at The Economist and later worked as an HR Business Partner at Diageo.

Adam Ellis completed a two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster between 1994 and 1996. Adam also obtained a FCIPD certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2017.
