Larissa Lee-Favier

Larissa Lee-Favier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as Vice President of Services Strategy - Sustainability at Rolls-Royce since October 2011. In this role, Larissa leads sustainability strategy and business development within Civil Aerospace Services. Previous positions at Rolls-Royce include Senior Services Manager, where responsibilities involved developing aftermarket services for Civil Large Engines, and Sales Director, focusing on securing sales of aero-engines and related services. Larissa has also worked as a Commercial Manager, managing relationships with major international airlines. Prior to returning to Rolls-Royce, Larissa served as General Manager at Georgina's Cafe, overseeing a complex renovation. Larissa's career began at Rolls-Royce in 2007 as a Business Improvement Leader and includes recognition as a top performer in the Customer Management Leadership Graduate Trainee program. Larissa holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Bristol and studied Japan in Today's World at Kyushu University.
