Sarah Armstrong is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in leading people and culture strategies at Rolls-Royce since January 2006, currently serving as Chief People Officer and a member of the executive team. With a team of approximately 550, Sarah is responsible for creating an engaging work environment that attracts top talent to achieve ambitious commercial and ESG goals. Previous roles at Rolls-Royce include HR Director for Civil Aerospace, Land and Sea Division, Leadership and People Development, Nuclear, and Corporate Headquarters. Prior to Rolls-Royce, Sarah held the position of Vice President Human Resources at Marconi, overseeing HR across multiple regions. Sarah Armstrong holds education from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, Nottingham Trent University, and Dartmouth College.
