Tanya Tilton-Reid

Tanya Tilton-Reid has a diverse work experience in human resources. Tanya is currently the Director of Human Resources at the Roman Catholic Diocese of London, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to that, they were the Integrated Manager of Human Resources at Alexandra Hospital Ingersoll and Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital from April 2021 to June 2022. Tanya also worked as the Human Resources Manager at the County of Elgi from June 2010 to April 2021 and as the Human Resources Coordinator at the County of Elgin from January 2002 to June 2010. Tanya was previously a Human Resources Manager at OLG from June 1999 to June 2001 and held various roles at Hudson's Bay Company, including Human Resources Operations Manager from 1998 to 1999 and Assistant Human Resources Manager from 1997 to 1998.

Tanya Tilton-Reid has a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Sociology from Western University. Tanya also completed the Human Resources Management Post Diploma Program at Sheridan College. In addition, they obtained a Professional Certificate in Conflict Management - Alternative Dispute Resolution from Western University. Tilton-Reid has also earned the designation of Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association.
