Steven R. McManis has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Steven R. began their career as the Regional Sales Director, Field Marketing Manager, and Voluntary Benefits Manager at Chubb LifeAmerica, where they directed regional operations and increased production by 22%. Steven R. then held positions at Jefferson Pilot Financial, first as an Assistant Vice President overseeing nationwide sales offices and then as a Vice President directing a department of 62 members and managing sales and marketing support for two primary distribution channels. Following their time at Jefferson Pilot Financial, Steven served as the Co-owner/Partner of Gold's Gym, where they provided executive leadership for a franchise. Steven R. also founded and owned Slainte Development, LLC, a real estate development company focused on marketing and building quality single-family homes. Currently, Steven is the Director of Operations for the Catholic Schools Office at the Roman Catholic Diocese of Manchester, where they provide leadership and support for strategic and operational initiatives related to finance, operations, facilities, personnel, and school vitality. Additionally, they have worked as a Consultant/Project Manager for the Diocese, overseeing various projects including serving as the interim Executive Director and Project Manager of a multi-facility housing bureau.

Steven R. McManis, Operations Officer, obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Southern New Hampshire in the years 1981 to 1985.
