Peter Kavanagh

Peter Kavanagh is the current CEO of Romans, a position they have held since September 2016. Prior to this, they were the Group Managing Director at The Romans Group from May 1991 to September 2016, responsible for the day-to-day operation of Romans services. Before that, they were a Chartered Surveyor at Carson & Co in Camberley from November 1988 to May 1991, where they undertook property surveys and valuations on residential and commercial property. Prior to that, they worked as a Chartered Surveyor at Simmonds and Sons from November 1987 to November 1988, where they undertook valuations and building inspections. Peter began their career as a Graduate Surveyor at Mann and Co from August 1985 to November 1987, before moving to Young and White in August 1984, where they remained until August 1985.

Peter Kavanagh studied building surveying at Thames Polytechnic, followed by building pathology and valuation at Peter Symonds College, Winchester. Peter then studied geography and history A levels at Perins Secondary School, Alresford, Hampshire.
