Paweł Dębski

Paweł Dębski is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Manager of the Sales Office in the Energy Division at Romgos Group since January 2023. With a robust background in the energy sector, Dębski specializes in acquiring new projects, providing technical advice on high-voltage line construction, and fostering relationships with business partners and suppliers. Prior to this role, Dębski worked in the International Cooperation Department at Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A., where involvement included implementing network codes in the Polish energy market. Dębski has also contributed to the innovation and new technologies department at Enprom Sp. z o.o., focusing on R&D projects utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and Power Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology and postgraduate studies in leadership in innovation from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
