Andreas Richter

Andreas Richter has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andreas started their career at Alcan Automotive Structure GmbH in 2002, where they worked as a Process Engineer and later as a Project Manager. Andreas then moved to Alcan Composites USA in 2006 as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. In 2007, they joined Alcan Composites GmbH as a Lean Six Sigma Manager. After that, they worked at Alstom Power as a Supplier Quality and Development Manager from 2008 to 2010. From 2011 to 2014, they served as a Business Excellence Manager and Global Lean Manager at Sulzer Pumps Ltd. In 2014, they joined 3A Composites GmbH as an Operations Manager, responsible for managing and optimizing operations. Currently, they are employed at RONAL GROUP as the Head of Operational Excellence.

Andreas Richter attended HTWG Hochschule Konstanz – Technik, Wirtschaft und Gestaltung from 1997 to 2001. Andreas pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering and successfully completed a Diplom Ingenieur / Master program during this time.
