Jan-Erik B.

Jan-Erik B. began their work experience in 2010 as an intern at Bosch Automotive Aftermarket. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a student employee in the same company. In 2013, they held a position as a "Masterand" at Bosch for a brief period. In 2014, they moved to AUDI AG, where they worked as a Layout Engineer and Project Manager in the Digital Production department until 2018. In 2018, they joined RONAL GROUP as a Senior Project Manager in Digitalization, and later became the Group Department Head of Manufacturing Operations Management. Jan-Erik also held the position of Program Manager for Digitalization Projects at RONAL GROUP.

Jan-Erik B. completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Maschinenbau from Offenburg University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. Jan-Erik then pursued a Master's degree in Production Management from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University, from 2012 to 2014. Continuing their education, Jan-Erik B. earned a Master's degree in Internationale Geschäfte from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2013. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Change Management Practitioner Prosci certification from Tiba Management Consulting in February 2021, and a Manufacturing Maturity Assessment certification from the Manufacturing Operations Management Institute in January 2021. In April 2020, they obtained a MES/MOM certification from the same institute, as well as a Programmmanagement – Grundlagen certification from LinkedIn. In March 2020, they completed the Motivating Your Team to Learn course from LinkedIn. Lastly, Jan-Erik B. holds an IPMA Level D certification from PM-Zert, although the specific information about the month and year of attainment is unavailable.
