James Beacham

James Beacham currently serves as the Group Head of HR at Rondanini UK Ltd. since July 2020, overseeing HR functions for three businesses: Rondanini, Salvo 1968, and Trafila. With a comprehensive background in HR management, James has proven expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and training. Prior to this role, James worked at Beryl as a People and Recruitment Specialist, and at Long Tall Sally as an HR and Recruitment Specialist. James began a career in recruitment as a Marketing Recruitment Consultant at Charter Selection, followed by roles in B2B marketing and sales operations at CareerBuilder.co.uk. James holds an NVQ Level 2 in Marketing from Outsource Training and completed education at The Beacon School, Banstead.
