Romain Screve has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Romain began their career as a Beagle II Award recipient at Stanford University in 2019, where they conducted research on marine conservation and developed technology for quantifying coral reef health.

Afterward, Romain worked as a Fellow at Fifty Years, where they conducted deep-tech investing, due diligence, and market research. Romain delivered an industry report on the growing sleep-aids market.

In 2020, Romain took on the role of Data Scientist at Stanford Earth, where they built machine-learning infrastructure and modeled harmful algal blooms to provide insights for fisheries managers and public health officers.
