Jared Ike Helene

Jared Ike Helene is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and corporate restructuring. Currently serving as Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Ronin Equity Partners since May 2019, Jared previously held multiple leadership roles at Diversey, including Head of Cashflow and Working Capital, and Head of Americas M&A. Jared also contributed as a Transformation Advisor at Bain Capital and was Global Head of Cashflow and Working Capital at The Kraft Heinz Company. Earlier experience includes a role in Special Situations Investment and Advisory at BlackRock. Jared earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Vanderbilt University.
